Returns and Refund Policy

At Kai Techie, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Payment Method

All purchases are made via cash on delivery (COD). Refunds will be issued in cash or equivalent, depending on the situation and location, after the returned item is received and inspected.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described upon delivery.

  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or neglect.

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Requests made beyond the 3-day return window.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging  

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on the return process.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed in cash or through a mutually agreed method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund process to be completed after we receive your return.

6. Exchange Option

In some cases, we may offer an exchange for the same product or a suitable alternative, based on availability and your preference.
